Dina Fainberg is an Assistant Professor in Modern History and the History BA Director at City, University of London. She is an historian of US-Russia relations, Soviet media and propaganda, and Cold War Culture. She has earned her PhD in Modern Russian and Modern US History from Rutgers University in 2012. Dina held research fellowships at the Rutgers Center for Historical Analysis, the Center for the United States and the Cold War at New York University, and the Research Center for East European Studies at the University of Bremen. From 2013 to 2016 Dina was Assistant Professor of East European Studies at the University of Amsterdam.
